
This document sets the rules for joining and participating in the enfusionize™ affiliate program. By applying, checking the agreement box, accessing the Affiliate Hub, or promoting with a referral link or coupon, you agree to these Terms.

1. PARTIES
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you, the affiliate applicant or affiliate, and enfusionize.ai and its related entities, the Company.
If you are applying on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND UPDATES
By submitting an affiliate application, checking the agreement box, creating an affiliate account, or using an affiliate link or code, you agree to these Terms.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply after they are posted in the Affiliate Hub or on the Terms page. Continued participation after an update is acceptance.
3. DEFINITIONS
Affiliate means a person or entity approved to promote the Company offers and earn commissions.
Prospect means a visitor or lead referred through an affiliate tracking method.
Qualified referral means a prospect that is tracked to you under the Attribution Policy and completes a qualifying action or purchase that is not excluded under these Terms.
Commission means the amount payable to you for an attributed sale, subject to adjustments, holds, chargebacks, and clawbacks.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL
You must provide accurate information during application and keep it current.
Approval is at the Company’s discretion. The Company may decline an application, limit offers you may promote, or revoke approval to protect brand safety, compliance, or performance quality.
The Company may require identity verification, tax forms, and payout details before activation or before any payout.
5. AFFILIATE HUB AND ASSETS
Approved affiliates receive access to the Affiliate Hub and a unique affiliate code or referral link.
You may use only Company provided or Company approved assets, claims, screenshots, trademarks, and copy.
Custom creatives, claim changes, or material edits require written approval from the Company before use.
6. ATTRIBUTION POLICY
Cookie window is 90 days.
Default attribution is last click within the cookie window.
Coupon override: if a mapped affiliate coupon is used at checkout, that affiliate is credited regardless of last click.
Manual override: the Company may assign a Partner of Record on a deal. Partner of Record overrides coupon and last click when set.
Offline assist credit may be granted when supported by reasonable proof and internal verification.
The Company tracking records are the system of record for attribution, subject to good faith review in the event of a dispute.
7. COMMISSIONS AND COMMISSION SCHEDULE
Commission rates vary by offer category and may also vary by tier, booster windows, or custom partner terms.
Default commission schedule, subject to change and subject to tier adjustments:
• Pro Report $27: 50 percent one time
• Pro Report $297: 30 percent one time
• Paid Consult $497 and $997: 30 percent one time
• MAP Day $5,000: 15 percent on cash collected, paid per installment if applicable
• AI Agents setup and MRR: 20 percent setup plus 15 percent monthly months 1 through 12
• Local Business Packages monthly: 20 percent month 1 plus 10 percent months 2 through 12
• Agency Retainer monthly: 10 percent months 1 through 12, promotional uplifts may apply for approved partners
• 13 Week Accelerator: 15 percent one time
• Enterprise or Custom SOW: 10 percent one time, requires approval
8. TIERS AND BOOSTERS
Tier and booster rules may be defined in the Affiliate Hub and applied by tags or partner terms.
• Tier 1: default rates apply
• Tier 2 after $10,000 net referred in a rolling 90 days: plus 5 points on one time offers, plus 5 points on months 1 through 3 on recurring where applicable
• Launch Booster: optional plus 5 points during defined windows where specified
9. EXCLUSIONS, CLAWBACKS, AND REFUNDS
Commissions may be reversed or reduced for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or nonpayment.
Refund window for clawbacks is 30 days unless an offer specifies otherwise.
Recurring commissions are paid as collected and stop on churn, nonpayment, or reversal.
Self referrals are not permitted, meaning you may not earn commissions on your own purchases or purchases you control, directly or indirectly.
10. PAYOUTS
Payout cadence is NET 30 monthly, meaning commissions earned in a month are eligible for payout after the end of that month, following verification and holds.
Minimum payout threshold is $100. Balances below the threshold roll forward.
Supported methods include Wise, PayPal, and ACH, subject to availability and verification.
Payout currency is USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or bank.
11. TAXES AND FORMS
You are responsible for all taxes on commissions.
You must provide required tax forms before your first payout, including IRS Form W 9 or IRS Form W 8BEN as applicable.
The Company may issue Form 1099 NEC to eligible US affiliates when required by law.
12. MARKETING RULES AND COMPLIANCE
FTC disclosure is required near affiliate links and in promotional content where legally required.
Email compliance: you must email only opted in recipients and include a functional unsubscribe mechanism and required sender information.
Prohibited activities include:
• Brand keyword bidding or purchasing ads on the Company brand terms, including misspellings or variants
• Direct to checkout linking when prohibited by the Company campaign rules
• Spam, purchased lists, scraping, or unsolicited messaging
• Misleading claims, unapproved income claims, fake scarcity, or altered screenshots
• Impersonation of the Company, its staff, or its partners
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or deceptive tracking practices
• Promoting illegal products or services, or content that violates platform policies
• Self referrals
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non exclusive license to use Company trademarks and approved marketing assets solely to promote the Company offers during your participation.
You may not register confusingly similar domains, social handles, or ad accounts that suggest affiliation beyond your approved status.
All goodwill from use of Company marks inures to the Company.
14. CONFIDENTIALITY
You may receive non public information about offers, performance, pricing strategy, conversion rates, or launch plans. You agree to keep such information confidential unless the Company authorizes disclosure in writing.
15. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by notice.
The Company may suspend your account immediately for suspected violations, fraud, or brand risk.
Upon termination or suspension, you must stop using Company assets and remove or disable affiliate links when requested.
The Company may withhold unpaid commissions during investigation or where required by these Terms. Legitimately earned commissions that are not subject to clawback or hold may be paid according to the payout cadence.
16. DISCLAIMERS
The Company does not guarantee earnings, conversion rates, or performance.
Offers, landing pages, and commission schedules may change.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your marketing activities, content, representations, or violations of law or these Terms.
19. RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
You are an independent contractor. Nothing creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in [Insert venue] unless the Company specifies a different process in writing.
