This notice explains how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects information related to affiliate applicants and affiliates, and how affiliate tracking works for referrals.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM AFFILIATE APPLICANTS AND AFFILIATES
Application data such as name, email, company, website or channels, audience details, and vertical.
Payout and tax data such as payout method details and tax forms including IRS Form W 9 or IRS Form W 8BEN.
Portal usage data such as logins, page views, downloads, and link builder activity.
Support communications such as messages, replies, and feedback.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FOR TRACKING REFERRALS
Referral and campaign data such as referral code, sub parameters, and UTM parameters.
Cookie data that may be stored on a visitor device to attribute actions within the 90 day window.
Transaction data such as order identifiers, offer codes, payment status, refunds, and chargebacks for commission calculation.
Coupon attribution data when a mapped coupon is used at checkout.
Internal attribution fields may include first touch and last touch referral identifiers, attribution method, tier, and related tracking metadata.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To review and process affiliate applications and manage your affiliate account.
To generate referral links, track referrals, calculate commissions, and administer payouts.
To provide the Affiliate Hub, training, assets, and program communications.
To detect fraud, enforce program rules, and protect the Company brand and customers.
To comply with legal obligations, tax reporting, accounting, and audits.
5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
Service providers that help operate the program, such as CRM, hosting, analytics, payment processors, payout providers, and accounting tools.
Payout providers and banks to send payments.
Legal and compliance disclosures to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. COOKIE AND TRACKING CONTROLS
Visitors can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect attribution.
UTMs and referral parameters may persist across funnel steps to maintain attribution.
Attribution rules are described in the Affiliate Program Terms, including last click, coupon override, and manual Partner of Record.
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain affiliate application and program records as needed for program operations, accounting, tax compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by category and jurisdiction.
8. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA
If you access the program from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to retain some information for legal or tax reasons.
